Teams:

Teams will be formed from a couple different pools of players that we will try and keep as even as possible. We separate by grade, if they play competitive or school volleyball, and if they are a rec participant in the past and then if they are new to the volleyball program. After they are separated into these groups we will then separate them equally from each category into the teams from a random draw.

Example.

Draw one name from the competitive/school team bucket for each team down the line until this pool of players is empty. Then move on to the next pool of players ect until all teams are full. Trying to keep the same amount of 7th graders on each team, competitive players ect.

As discussed with everyone at last years meetings, we will not be taking any requests for teams this year. We are looking forward to a great season and alot of fun had by these girls playing Volleyball!
